General description (highlights, challenges):
Originally built with a Prius Gen 2 inverter, switched to Outlander just before it first become road worthy in 2022. Battery was swapped for BMW hybrid pack in summer 2023. Before that it had a slightly bigger pack made from Kokam pouch cells.
Manual gearbox has been kept, left in 2nd gear and gearstick replaced with direction selector.
